titleOfInvention | Multi-branched polyimide for promoting electroless plating, metal-coated multi-branched polyimide, and production method thereof |
abstract | A metal obtained by electroless plating a multi-branched polyimide for promoting electroless plating and a multi-branched polyimide for promoting electroless plating using a multi-branched polyimide that can be efficiently combined with an inorganic material. The present invention provides a metal-coated multi-branched polyimide having good adhesion between polyimide and polyimide and a simple production method thereof. An electroless plating catalyst characterized by adsorbing an electroless plating catalyst precursor to an amino group of a multi-branched polyimide obtained by reacting a tetracarboxylic dianhydride with a diamine containing a triamine. It is a multi-branched polyimide. [Selection figure] None |
