titleOfInvention | Method for producing toner for electrophotography |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing an electrophotographic toner having excellent fixing properties and suppressing toner scattering. Two toner raw materials containing polyesters obtained by polycondensation of an alcohol component and a carboxylic acid component in the presence of a monoalkyltin compound having an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms are produced at different peripheral speeds. A method for producing a toner for electrophotography having a step of melt kneading using a continuous open roll type kneader equipped with a roll of the above, comprising a total content of a dialkyltin compound and a trialkyltin compound in the monoalkyltin compound A method for producing an electrophotographic toner, the amount of which is 12000 ppm or less on a weight basis.
