abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for ingestion which is excellent in weight control effect for the purpose of preventing lifestyle-related diseases and maintaining / promoting health, and which is easy to ingest orally with reduced stimulating odor and acidity of acetic acid. The task is to do. SOLUTION: An ingestible composition comprising acetic acid and a cyclic oligosaccharide, preferably 0.01% by mass or more and less than 10% by mass, more preferably 0.1% by mass or more and less than 5% by mass. And the said subject is solved by providing the composition for ingestion which contains 10 mass parts or more of cyclic oligosaccharides with respect to 1 mass part of acetic acid in conversion of an anhydride.
