An object of the present invention is to provide an artificial tissue or a sheet that can be used for actual surgery and can be produced by culture, which can withstand transplantation surgery. Another object of the present invention is to provide a new therapeutic method that replaces cell therapy. In particular, an object is to produce an artificial tissue that can withstand transplantation surgery using cells derived from a portion other than the myocardium as a material. The above-mentioned problems have been achieved, in part, by finding an artificial tissue that has the property that organization is unexpectedly advanced by culturing cells under specific culture conditions in the present invention and that the tissue is easily detached from the culture dish. It was done. In the present invention, a three-dimensional structure applicable to the heart, including cells derived from a part other than the adult myocardium is provided. |
