abstract |
An assembly and method for generating a condensed aerosol is disclosed. The assembly includes a thermally conductive metal substrate (12) with an oxidation resistant outer surface (14) and a drug composition film (18) on the outer surface and is used in an aerosol device. The thickness of the surface of the film and the substrate is determined by the total amount of the drug decomposition product in which the aerosol formed by vaporizing and condensing the drug composition is 10% or less by weight and the drug composition in the film To provide an aerosol containing at least 50% of the above. The method for treating the outer surface includes heat treatment and chemical treatment, and also includes formation of a protective film. [Selection] Figure 1A |
