titleOfInvention | Method for producing negatively chargeable toner |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a negatively chargeable toner excellent in fluidity, excellent in charging stability in printing a large number of sheets, and excellent in durability without causing unevenness in a printed image. [Solution] The method for producing a negatively chargeable toner of the present invention comprises toner base particles obtained by subjecting a mixture containing at least a resin and an organic solvent to phase inversion emulsification in an aqueous medium, granulating, and then drying through a washing-dehydrating step. In the method for producing a negatively chargeable toner in which a plurality of externally added fine particles are externally added in multiple stages using a spherical mixing treatment tank, the organic solvent content of the toner base particles subjected to the drying treatment is 200. Toner base particles having an average circularity of 0.94 to 0.99 are added in a proportion of 0.1 to 3.0% by mass of externally added fine particles having an average particle size of 30 to 50 nm. It is characterized by doing. [Selection] Figure 1 |
