abstract The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for administering agomelatine by the oral cavity, oral mucosa or sublingual route. A solid pharmaceutical composition comprising an orally dispersible central layer containing agomelatin and an orally dispersible coating. Preferably, the central core or central layer of the pharmaceutical composition is capable of obtaining a mouth-dispersed formulation by agomelatin and a compression method using a diluent, lubricant, and optionally a fluidizing agent and a disintegrant. Containing excipients. Specifically, the mouth-dispersible formulation is obtained with a diluent specific to the mouth-dispersible formulation or a diluent with a disintegrant added.
