abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric powder production method capable of producing dielectric particles containing a metal component constituting a dielectric material with a nanometer level fine structure with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A raw material gas flow ET containing a metal constituting a dielectric and a reaction gas flow GR covering the raw material gas flow ET are caused to flow into a reaction space HK in a high temperature atmosphere, and at the outer periphery of the raw material gas flow ET. Fine particles are formed by a thermal reaction, and the fine particles are cooled by a reaction gas flow GR to generate dielectric particles or a precursor of dielectric particles.
