titleOfInvention Composite porous body and method for producing composite porous body
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily producing a composite porous body having a small thickness and excellent in flexibility comprising a porous body impregnated with a resin. SOLUTION: A metal foil 4 and an oxide particle structure 1 which is composed of oxide particles OP and has pores communicating with the outside are provided. The metal foil 4 is joined via an oxide film formed on the surface. The composite porous body 10 is provided with flexibility by filling the pores of the oxide particle structure 2 with a resin. The porosity of the oxide particle structure 2 is preferably 20 to 80%, and the oxide particles can be composed of a magnetic substance and a dielectric substance. [Selection] Figure 1
