PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe composition for CPT activation which can obtain an excellent diet effect. The composition for activating CPT of the present invention contains caffeoylquinic acids as component (A), and the component (A) includes component (a) neochlorogenic acid and feruloylquinic acid. It is characterized by including at least one of these.
