An electromagnetic wave shielding plate having a low haze and a high transmittance can be produced by coating the upper surface of a conductor pattern 2 on a transparent substrate 3 with a black glass layer 1 having a predetermined optical density. The manufacturing process of the electromagnetic wave shielding plate includes a step of applying and drying a photosensitive silver paste and a black glass paste sequentially to provide a laminated coating film, a step of exposing and developing the laminated coating film in a lump, and a step of baking.
