titleOfInvention Conductive pattern forming device
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a simple process, low cost, production time, and environmental load without increasing the number of new processes such as substrate limitation and plating, high productivity, large area, and pattern-changeable electrostatic force. A conductive pattern forming apparatus utilizing the above is realized. Electrostatic latent image forming means for forming an electrostatic pattern on the surface of a dielectric thin film body, and development for forming a conductive pattern by supplying and contacting a conductive particle dispersion solution to the electrostatic latent image. Means 6 was provided, and the conductive particle dispersion solution was prepared by dispersing conductive particles having a particle size of 100 nm or less with ionic organic molecules adsorbed on the surface thereof in a nonpolar solvent.
