abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a toner having high production stability with good bite into a kneader and no flashing by improving dispersibility of raw materials even when a large amount of toner fine powder is reused. Another object of the present invention is to provide a toner production method that is free from fogging, excellent in OHT permeability, and has good developability, durability, and environmental stability. A mixing step of mixing raw materials containing at least a binder resin and a colorant; a melt-kneading step of melt-kneading a mixture obtained in the mixing step; a pulverizing step of pulverizing a kneaded product obtained in the melt-kneading step A mixture in which water is added to and mixed with the fine powder obtained through at least a classification step of classifying the pulverized product pulverized in the pulverization step into at least a fine powder having a desired particle size and toner particles having a desired particle size; A method for producing toner, wherein the toner is returned to the mixing step and reused.
