titleOfInvention | Glycol slurry for polyester, polyester resin composition and method for producing polyester film |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silica particle glycol slurry for addition to a polyester capable of crushing coarse particles with high productivity without causing problems such as re-aggregation of silica particles having excellent transparency and transparency. The present invention provides a polyester resin composition and a method for producing a film, which can disperse silica particles having excellent particle size in polyester without causing problems such as re-aggregation with a highly uniform particle size distribution. A glycol slurry containing silica particles having a specific surface area of 150 to 450 m 2 / g and an average particle size of 2.0 to 4.0 μm is brought into a high pressure state of 50 to 250 MPa, and then the glycol is fed from a nozzle facing each other. A method for producing a silica particle glycol slurry for polyester, which is discharged so that the slurries collide, pulverizes the silica particles, and then is filtered, and a method for producing a polyester resin composition and a film using the slurry.
