PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-resistant paper which is safe and has an environment-friendly oil resistance and can be suitably used for food packaging paper. An oil-resistant paper comprising an oil-resistant layer containing a hydrogen bonding resin and oil-absorbing particles on at least one surface of a paper support. The oil-resistant paper according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the oil-absorbing particles are starch particles. The hydrogen-resistant resin is polyvinyl alcohol, and the oil-resistant paper according to any one of the first and second aspects of the present invention. [Selection figure] None |
