titleOfInvention | Wood cement board and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a wood cement board having high strength and light weight. SOLUTION: A raw material mixture containing a hydraulic inorganic substance, a woody material, a siliceous material, and a water-dispersible urethane resin is formed on a mat, and then the mat is preliminarily pressed and cured. The mat is reinforced by binding the raw material mixture in the mat, but even if the urethane resin is added, the hardening of the hydraulic inorganic substance proceeds smoothly by the siliceous material and is cured by autoclave curing. Is almost completely done. |
