abstract | Disclosed is a polyimide film capable of forming a circuit board having a difference in structure between a film surface layer and the inside of the film and having excellent cushioning properties. An excitation wavelength 1064 nm, 1 to 2 [mu] m laser spot, by Raman spectroscopy wavenumber resolution (sampling interval) is set to 1 cm -1 or more, the half value width of the Raman spectrum band around 1610~1630cm -1 (Δw ) when measuring the polyimide film difference Δw between the film inside and the film surface is 1.5 cm -1 or more 5.0 cm -1 or less.
