abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To prevent thickness unevenness in the traveling direction and entrapment of bubbles, Provided is a method for producing a polyimide film having excellent mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A polyamic acid varnish is added with at least 1 molar equivalent of a dehydrating agent to amic acid and 0.2 to amide acid. A solution formed by adding a curing agent containing at least a molar equivalent of an imidization catalyst in a molar ratio of a dehydrating agent and an imidization catalyst of 1: 0.2 to 1: 0.75 is cast into a film. A polyimide film having excellent mechanical strength can be manufactured by preventing thickness unevenness in the traveling direction and entrapment of bubbles. |
