titleOfInvention | Toner manufacturing method and image forming method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an electrostatic charge image developing toner that improves the pigment dispersion effect, improves the degree of coloring, and is economical, wasteless and environmentally friendly. In a method for producing a toner, toner constituents are dissolved and dispersed in an organic solvent, emulsified and dispersed in an aqueous medium, and aggregated to the toner size before and after the organic solvent is removed to remove particles from the aqueous medium. The ultrafine particles generated in the wet classification process after the agglomeration operation and the ultrafine powder generated in the dry classification process are melt-kneaded together with the binder resin and the pigment and reused as a master batch.
