titleOfInvention | Fluid composition, electrode formed using the same, and wiring pattern |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid composition having excellent long-term stability by preventing generation of a particle mass in which metal colloid particles grow abnormally in a fluid composition containing metal colloid particles at a high concentration. SOLUTION: A flowable composition containing at least 5% by weight of metal colloidal particles is mixed with a reducing substance such as hydrazine or a hydrate thereof or aldehydes in an amount of 0.1 to 50 parts per 100 parts by weight of the metal colloidal particles. A range of parts by weight is blended. Even if the fluid composition of the present invention is used after being stored for a long period of time, it is excellent in performance such as conductivity, and it is easy to form a uniform coating, in particular, formation of a fine electrode such as a printed wiring board or a wiring pattern, etc. Available to: [Selection] Figure 2 |
