Photocatalyst granules |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To fill a light-transmitting container so that treated water passes through the container without impairing the function of photocatalyst particles not only on the surface side but also on the inner side. An object of the present invention is to provide a photocatalyst granular material that can exhibit a photocatalytic function and is easy to recover and reuse. A photocatalyst fine powder such as apatite-coated titanium dioxide is accommodated in a hollow shell formed of a thermoplastic resin such as polystyrene having light permeability, air permeability and water permeability obtained by a submerged drying method. The particle size is 1 mm or more. [Selection] Figure 1 |
