The present invention relates to methods and products for transepithelial systemic delivery of therapeutic agents. In particular, the present invention relates to methods and compositions for systemic delivery of therapeutic agents by administering to the epithelium of the central airway of the lung an aerosol containing a therapeutic agent conjugate comprising an FcRn binding partner. The methods and products are adaptable to a wide range of therapeutic agents, including proteins and polypeptides, nucleic acids, drugs and the like. Furthermore, the methods and products have the advantage of not requiring administration to the deep lung to achieve systemic delivery. |
