The present invention provides a woven or knitted fabric having a low wet feeling without impairing a soft texture, and a fiber product using the woven or knitted fabric. A woven or knitted fabric with low wettability characterized by being attached to at least one surface of a woven or knitted fabric made of organic fibers in a pattern having at least polygonal continuous portions, and such a woven or knitted fabric.
