titleOfInvention | Image forming apparatus |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a photoreceptor having a surface layer cured by electron beam irradiation to a compound containing two or more chain-polymerizable functional groups, and a hydrocarbon wax-containing toner, and to achieve saturation, roughness, and OHP transmission. Provided is a highly durable and high-quality image forming apparatus that can achieve an oil-less fixing system that is superior in durability and does not cause image defects such as white spots on a halftone image. In an image forming apparatus using a photoreceptor 1 having a surface layer cured by electron beam irradiation to a compound containing two or more chain polymerizable functional groups, and a hydrocarbon wax-containing toner. A cleaning device 6 having a brush member 63 that rubs the surface of the photoconductor 1 after the image transfer and a cleaning blade 62 that removes deposits on the surface of the photoconductor 1 rubbed by the brush member 63 is used. The brush member 63 has a fiber thickness of 4 to 30 D / F and a brush density of 10,000 to 400,000 pieces / square inch. [Selection] Figure 1 |
