PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel siloxane derivative. A siloxane derivative has a branched siloxane structure and has a functional group at a terminal. The siloxane derivative is a dendritic polymer. Specifically, it is a polymer obtained by polymerizing bis (dimethylvinylsiloxy) methylsilane, and a siloxane derivative in which a part or all of terminal olefin groups of the polymer are substituted with epoxy groups or octadecyl groups.
