PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective judgment index for disease diagnosis, and to provide a simple and highly accurate disease diagnosis system using this. In a disease diagnosis by comparing two or more diagnostic images, a two-dimensional image is created by contrast means based on a specimen 1, and position correction and density correction are performed on spots appearing on the image. In addition, it is characterized in that the background change due to contrast is corrected. In order to obtain the two-dimensional image, the contrast operation and the imaging operation are alternately repeated at regular time intervals.
