abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film having fluidity and reactivity even at a low temperature of about 150 ° C. and having high adhesive strength and connection reliability. An anisotropic conductive film according to the present invention comprises (A) a binder having a molecular weight of 300,000 or less, a glass transition temperature of 0 ° C. or more, and having an epoxy group and a radical reactive group in one molecule. A resin, (B) a conductive filler, (C) a silane coupling agent, and (D) a thermal polymerization initiator are contained.
