SOLUTION: An edible coloring film set includes (A) an edible film containing a water-soluble cellulose ether and C 5 to C 12 reducing sugars, and (B) a water-soluble cellulose ether and C 2 to C 6 amino acids. The edible film is composed of the edible films (A) and (B). The water-soluble cellulose ether used for the edible film of (A) and (B) is methylcellulose. Further, the C 5 to C 12 reducing sugar used as the color forming component is xylose, fructose, glucose, ribose, galactose, lactose, maltose, and the C 2 to C 6 amino acids are glycine, arginine, lysine, alanine, glutamic acid, histidine. , Threonine and their salts.
