PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily determining the presence or absence of expansion of immune cell clones. SOLUTION: A method for determining whether or not an immune cell clone has expanded in response to an antigen includes a primer in a region adjacent to a highly diverse region in an antigen receptor gene group or an immunoglobulin gene group of an immune cell collected from a living body. From the results of mass spectrometry, a step of performing an extension reaction by the dideoxy method using a highly diverse region as a template, a step of subjecting the nucleic acid fragment generated by the extension reaction to mass spectrometry, and a result of mass spectrometry. Determining whether cell clone expansion has occurred. [Selection] Figure 1 |
