titleOfInvention | Photosensitive ceramic composition |
abstract | 【Task】 In order to enable formation of a high aspect ratio and high definition via hole using a photolithography method, it is necessary that fine ceramic powder is uniformly dispersed and the light transmittance of the sheet is good. This invention makes it a subject to provide the photosensitive ceramic composition corresponding to them. [Solution] In a photosensitive ceramic composition having an inorganic component and a photosensitive organic component as essential components, the inorganic component contains inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 5 nm to 500 nm, and the photosensitive organic component is represented by the general formula (1). The problem is solved by a photosensitive ceramic composition characterized by containing a monomer. CH 2 = CR 1 -COO- (R 2 O) n -OC-R 3 C = CH 2 (1) (Wherein R 1 and R 3 are either hydrogen or methyl group, R 2 contains at least one alkylene group. N is a natural number of 1 to 15. When n is 2 or more, each R 2 Can be the same or different.) [Selection figure] None |
