titleOfInvention | Roller member manufacturing mold and roller member manufacturing method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a finished roller member easily without securing the shape and length of the end of the roller member without damaging the core metal and without requiring the trouble of cleaning the surface of the core metal. A die for producing a roller member and a method for producing the roller member are provided. A die 10 for manufacturing a roller member 100 including a cored bar 3 and an elastic layer 4 supported on the outer periphery of the cored bar 3. A hollow columnar mold body 1 and a cap member 2 that is inserted into both end openings of the mold body 1 and closes the openings. In a state where the cored bar 3 is provided on the center line of the mold main body 1, a raw material is injected into the mold main body 1 to manufacture a roller member. The cap member 2 has a fitting opening 11 for fitting and supporting the cored bar 3 from the end to at least a position corresponding to the end surface in the longitudinal direction of the elastic body layer 4 in the finished roller member 100.
