titleOfInvention | Method for measuring cholesterol in low density lipoprotein and its reagent |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring cholesterol (LDL) in low density lipoprotein in a biological sample such as serum and plasma, and a reagent thereof. In a method for measuring cholesterol in low density lipoprotein by enzymatic reaction, in the first reaction, chemically modified or unmodified cholesterol esterase and chemically modified or unmodified cholesterol oxidase and their reactivity to low density lipoprotein. After preferentially erasing high density lipoprotein, ultra-low density lipoprotein and cholesterol in chylomicron in the reaction solution containing substances that inhibit the above, both enzymes in the first reaction A method comprising adding to the reaction solution a substance that reduces or eliminates the inhibitory action on cholesterol in low-density lipoprotein. |
