abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing accelerator useful for various curable resin compositions, an epoxy resin composition having good curability, storage stability and fluidity, and a semiconductor device excellent in solder crack resistance and moisture resistance reliability. SOLUTION: A curing accelerator which is mixed with a curable resin composition and can accelerate the curing reaction of the curable resin composition and is represented by the following general formula (1) Agent.
