abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray concrete that uses coal ash generated in a thermal power plant as one material of wet spray concrete and has good spraying construction and stable transportability and strength. SOLUTION: When preparing spray concrete by kneading cement, coal and aggregate with water without adding a fluidizing agent, the blending amount of cement and coal ash per 1 m 3 of spray concrete By making the total to 380-420 Kg and the blending ratio of cement and coal ash to 75: 25-65: 35 by weight ratio, it can be stably conveyed without causing pulsation and blockage of concrete supply pipelines Thus, smooth spraying is possible and necessary initial strength and long-term strength are obtained.
