PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a collagen-containing composition for producing a sheet material mainly composed of fish-derived collagen having excellent odorless to low odor stability, and to provide a collagen-containing composition by the method. A fish dermis collagen-containing composition that can be formed into a sheet substantially composed of an aqueous solution containing a dermis collagen component after the fish skin is swollen with an aqueous acid solution, and then the epidermis is removed, stirred and homogenized. Production method, fish dermal collagen-containing composition obtained by the method, sheet-like collagen molded body molded from the composition, and use of the molded body.
