Hydrogenation of liquid organic compounds |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for hydrogenating a liquid organic compound, in which optimal mass transfer takes place between hydrogen and a hydrogenation reactor, aging of the catalyst is suppressed, and selectivity of the reaction is increased. In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hydrogenation method for producing an amine from a nitro compound. A liquid organic compound is hydrogenated by a treatment method in which hydrogen present in a reactor contains at least one gas that is inert to the hydrogenation reaction. |
