titleOfInvention Humanized antibody against surface antigen S of hepatitis B virus and method for producing the same
abstract The present invention relates to a humanized antibody against a surface antigen of hepatitis B virus and a method for producing the same. In particular, the amino acid residues of the HCDR1, HCDR2, HCDR3 and LCDR1, LCDR2, LCDR3 portions in the heavy chain and light chain variable regions of the humanized antibody against HBV surface antigen S are replaced with the amino acid residues derived from the human antibody heavy and light chains. Antibody against HBV surface antigen S containing humanized heavy chain and humanized light chain, expression vector containing each of the heavy chain or light chain genes of the humanized antibody, heavy chain expression vector and light chain expression The present invention relates to a transformant capable of producing the above humanized antibody, which is transformed by a vector, and a method for producing the humanized antibody in a large amount by culturing the above transformant. The humanized antibodies of the present invention are more humanized than existing humanized antibodies. Therefore, the immunity-induced reactivity in the human body is remarkably reduced and shows excellent antigen-binding ability, which is useful for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B virus.
