abstract |
A polymer having a PSQ skeleton in a side chain has a low molecular weight and has a problem in film-forming properties, and a polymer having a PSQ skeleton in a main chain has not been disclosed. An object of the present invention is to provide a polymer having a cage-type silsesquioxane skeleton in the main chain, thereby solving the above problems. A polymer having a silsesquioxane skeleton represented by the formula (1) in a main chain and a polymerization chain formed by at least one of an amide bond and an imide bond.
