titleOfInvention | Method for producing stimulable phosphor particles, stimulable phosphor and radiation image conversion panel |
abstract | Provided are a method for producing stimulable phosphor particles which can be used in a good condition for a long period without deterioration in performance due to moisture absorption, a stimulable phosphor, and a radiation image conversion panel. After stimulating the stimulable phosphor precursor particles in the presence of first metal oxide particles having an average particle diameter of 2 to 50 nm, the stimulable phosphor particles are surface-treated with a compound having fluorine. Or after stimulating the stimulable phosphor precursor particles in the presence of the metal oxide particles, further stimulating the stimulable phosphor with a compound having a second metal oxide particle having an average particle diameter of 2 to 50 nm and fluorine. A method for producing stimulable phosphor particles, comprising subjecting body particles to a surface treatment. [Selection diagram] None |
