An object of the present invention is to provide an antibody-based neutron capture using a monoclonal antibody capable of destroying tumor cells and leaving no damage to normal cells by controlling the amount of emitted radiation. A treatment device is provided. Kind Code: A1 A tumor cell is measured using a PET device, a CT device, and an MRI device. A monoclonal antibody is used as an antibody. The monoclonal antibody is impregnated with boron to bind to the tumor cell. When a thermal neutron beam is irradiated from the external neutron beam generator 1 toward the target, boron causes a nuclear reaction to emit radiation to the tumor cells, thereby destroying only the tumor cells.
