abstract |
An inexpensive, simple and rapid method for measuring a benzene compound and a kit for measuring the same are provided. SOLUTION: (1) A benzene compound and a xylene receptor protein are reacted in a solution, (2) a complex of the benzene compound and the xylene receptor protein generated by the reaction, and a DNA that specifically binds to the complex (3) quantifying the benzene compound bound to the xylene receptor protein by detecting a physical or chemical change caused by the binding of the complex to the DNA. And a DNA kit that specifically binds to a xylene receptor protein and a complex of the protein and a benzene compound. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
