abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a complex of an oligonucleotide effective for applying an antisense drug to various diseases involving a gene with a new type of carrier which is safe and has a high transfection effect, and provides the same as a gene therapy agent. It is in. A novel carrier can be obtained by introducing a peptide chain having an affinity for a cell membrane and having a high transfection effect into a polysaccharide as a modifying group. When this is conjugated with an antisense oligonucleotide which is substantially complementary to the gene sequence of the disease of interest as a therapeutic agent, a high suppression rate of the disease and low toxicity can be obtained. .
