[Object] To develop an itraconazole preparation having high bioavailability and to develop an efficient and inexpensive production method of such preparation. A biological material in which itraconazole is adsorbed and / or coated on a core substance made of silicic acid or a salt thereof by a spray drying method or a melting method with a solution of itraconazole dissolved in methylene chloride or the like.
