titleOfInvention | Compost production method and system using organic waste as raw material |
abstract | An organic waste capable of producing a compost containing a fertilizer component in a well-balanced manner according to fluctuations in demand, and capable of producing a compost at low cost by effectively utilizing valuable resources contained in the organic waste. Provided are a method and a system for producing compost as a raw material. In a compost production system comprising: an activated sludge treatment device for biologically treating organic waste; and a device for composting sludge solids after the biological treatment. Device 11 for recovering the components, a device 15 for carbonizing the vegetable organic matter to recover the potash, lines 20 and 22 for supplying the collected phosphorus and potash to the composting device, respectively, Supply amount adjusting means for adjusting the supply amounts of phosphorus and potash to be supplied to the composting device, respectively, and the respective supply amounts so that the compost-containing fertilizer component ratio (N: P: K) becomes a target ratio. A fertilizer component ratio controller 17 for controlling the adjusting means is provided to produce a compost having a fertilizer component ratio according to demand. [Selection] Fig. 2 |
