An object of the present invention is to provide a spray syrup composition having an enhanced flavor and an impact. The emulsion contains 40 to 75% by weight of xylitol, 20 to 50% by weight of water, and 0.01 to 5% by weight of a fragrance, and preferably has an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 5 μm. A spray syrup composition having a viscosity of 5 to 200 centipoise and containing substantially no ethanol. While using a large amount of emulsified flavor to achieve a strong flavor, it has properties that are stable over time without causing deterioration such as separation. [Selection diagram] None |
