titleOfInvention Contact sheet for electronic device inspection and method of manufacturing the same
abstract Provided is a contact sheet for electrically connecting a terminal of an electronic device and a terminal of a circuit member for inspection. An insulating sheet having a three-layer structure in which insulating protective films (118) are laminated on both sides of an insulating rubber elastic layer (111) is used as a base material. A front and back conducting portion 112 made of a rubber elastic material having conductivity and rubber elasticity is provided to penetrate the front and back through the base material, and a terminal portion 113 for contact with a device is provided on one surface side, On the other surface side, a terminal portion 114 or a wiring portion for directly contacting the terminal portion of the inspection circuit member is provided so as to be electrically connected to the front and back conducting portions, and each terminal portion or wiring portion is provided with at least one terminal. The portion is held by the insulating protective film via a metal layer, and the terminal portion for contact with the electronic device 140 has a hemispherically projecting protrusion.
