titleOfInvention | Colored photosensitive resin composition and color filter using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sufficient color density even with a film thickness smaller than 1.5 μm, to have excellent color selectivity as a color filter, and to have no residue in a developing and dissolving portion in a developing step after projecting and exposing a pixel pattern. Provided is a colored photosensitive resin composition which does not sometimes reduce the film thickness of a pixel and thus has small color unevenness on the entire surface of a color filter, and a color filter produced using the same. SOLUTION: The alkali-soluble resin contains a constituent unit derived from styrene and a constituent unit derived from hydroxystyrene, and the ratio of the constituent unit derived from hydroxystyrene to the constituent unit derived from styrene is 1: 0.7 to 0.7. A colored photosensitive resin composition comprising a copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 6,000 to 15,000 in terms of polystyrene of 1:20. [Selection diagram] None |
