titleOfInvention | Electroless gold plating solution and electroless gold plating method |
abstract | The present invention does not include a cyanide, has a neutral pH of about 7, has a sufficient gold deposition rate even at a liquid temperature of 50 to 80 ° C., and has a good gold plating film appearance. Another object of the present invention is to provide an electroless gold plating solution having particularly excellent solution stability and an electroless gold plating method using the electroless gold plating solution. The invention includes a gold salt, a complexing agent, a reducing agent, a pH buffer, a phenyl compound, a benzotriazole compound and a mercaptan compound, and the content of the mercaptan compound is in the range of 1 to 50 ppm. The object has been solved by an electroless gold plating solution described above and an electroless gold plating method using the electroless gold plating solution. [Selection diagram] None |
