abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a paste of sesame and legumes which can be easily mixed into various foods and drinks, has a good texture, and is excellent in stability. (A) A finely ground paste with seed coat comprising seed coat, seed seed and edible oil, and having a 50% cumulative diameter (median diameter) of solid content of 4 to 15 μm, (b) seed coat, A seed finely ground paste with seed coat containing seeds and edible oil and having a 90% cumulative diameter of solids of 15 to 120 μm; (c) a 50% integrated diameter of solids containing seeds and edible oil ( (D) containing a seed and edible oil, and having a 90% cumulative diameter of solids of 15 to 120 μm.
