abstract An object of the present invention is to significantly prevent solidification (caking phenomenon) of a powder raw material caused by deliquescence or moisture absorption during storage of a powdery composition by adding calcium acetate to the powdery raw material, and to achieve long-term storage stability. An object is to provide an excellent powdery composition. SOLUTION: By adding calcium acetate to a powdery preservative in which hygroscopicity, deliquescence and consolidation become problems, the disadvantageous phenomena of hygroscopicity, deliquescence and consolidation during storage become significant. The present invention provides a powdery composition which can be prevented. This powder composition can be used as a raw material for foods, pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, industrial products, cosmetics, feeds, and the like. [Selection diagram] None
